Before you apply, please read through the rules and regulations.
2. Apply online
Fill in the online form. The answers you give will give us the opportunity to assess your application and to decide whether or not to offer you space, particularly in cases where we receive similar applications. To avoid disappointment, complete the online form as soon as possible. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
3. Make a payment
As soon as your application has been accepted, you’ll need to send us a copy of your vendor license (COA) per email, and then you will receive an invoice which is payable within 7 days. Only once payment is received your stand will be confirmed.
4. When will I know if my application is accepted?
Once we have reviewed your application we will respond to you within 14 days. If you haven’t heard from us in 14 days, contact as at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you are approved, you’ll need to supply your vendor license (COA) and then an invoice will be will supplied. The COA must be obtained from the Stellenbosch Municipality.
5. Do you accept applications on a first come, first serve basis?
No, our aim is to provide the best experience for our guests and those who are paying to advertise or trade. We may reject some applications if we have already received applications from similar traders or ministries. For this reason, it’s important that you submit your application as soon as possible.
6. When do I need to pay?
As soon as your application has been accepted and we have received your vendor license (COA), you will receive an invoice which will be payable within 7 days. Only once we received your payment will your place be guaranteed. We reserve the right to withdraw any offer if you do not make payment within the 7 days period.
7. What are the deadlines for applications?
- 15 May 2017 – Early Bird Applications
- 30 August 2017 – Vendor applications close.
- 30 August 2017 – Corporate Tickets for vendors close.
- 15 September 2017 – Final payments due.
- 1 October 2017 – Proof of public liability insurance.
8. I have different staff attending on each day or swapping through a day. Can they share wristbands?
The wristbands are only valid for one person and can’t be passed to another. You will receive different wristbands for each day, but if your staff is swapping, you’ll have to buy additional bands for the team at R200.00 per wristbands.
9. How many wristbands do I receive?
Four per day.
Non-refundable deposit: 60% of the booking fee accompanying each stand registration form will be a non-refundable deposit to secure your stand at the festival. Stands cancelled less than three weeks prior to the event will receive NO refund of deposit or booking fee. Stands cancelled between 30 August and 13 November will receive a 40% of the booking fee, within 7 days of the cancellation.
